Zeno Acne Clearing Device PRO & MD Product Review

Zeno isn’t the latest video game every teenager must have, but is the newest weapon in the battle against what they and adults can use against acne.

Two brothers, one an inventor and the other a doctor conceived the Zeno Acne Clearing Device. They learned that heat could destroy the bacteria responsible for causing acne.

Zeno has a tip that generates a precise dose of heat sufficient in temperature and duration to treat pimples. The heat causes the acne bacteria to release a protein that prevents it from growing. The result is that the pimple disappears.

To use Zeno, the tip is placed gently on the pimple and held for 2 ½ minutes. Zeno will give a distinct tone when it’s ready and when a treatment is over. The same pimple may need two to three treatments over a 24-hour period.

In a study reviewed by the FDA, Zeno eliminated acne in 90% of the test subjects. Zeno also claims that most of the pimples disappeared in 24 hours.

The only side effect that Zeno reported was redness around the skin that was treated. However, this redness had disappeared.

Zeno works on mild to moderate acne pimples. It’s most effective when used at the early stages of a pimple’s growth. It will not work on blackheads, whiteheads, pustules, deep nodular lesions and nodular cystic lesions with scarring.

When Zeno first made its debut, it was only available from physicians and medi-salons. Today, acne sufferers can buy it without a prescription behind the counter of a popular drugstore chain on the West Coast. They can also purchase Zeno online.

At up to $200 retail, Zeno isn’t cheap, but it may be the weapon of choice for acne suffers who want to deal a deathblow to acne before it has a chance to appear.
